This Agreement is between you and Adult Trust.  It governs your use of the Adult Trust Network services and website, including the Adult Trust membership directory, seal program, dispute resolution process, and any content or services you may obtain from us. Please review this agreement and do not proceed with your use of the Adult Trust services unless this agreement is acceptable to you

Adult Trust  does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, or agree with the content, comments, opinions or statements of Adult Trust members. Information, products, and services offered, sold or placed online by Adult Trust members belong to the respective companies or individuals who place them there and are not representative of Adult Trust. The user understands that Adult Trust is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered by an Adult Trust member and the user must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content. Adult Trust does provide verification of an applicant's information in accordance with the Adult Trust membership application. 

Adult Trust expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for any purpose by any member offering information, products, and services. Any user seeking information about an online business through Adult Trust agrees that Adult Trust is not responsible, and shall have no liability to user with respect to any information, product or service offered by a member. Adult Trust shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained arising out of use of the information, products and services. Adult Trust relies on the accuracy of the information provided to us our members, and Adult Trust's only liability in the event of errors shall be the correction or removal of the erroneous information after verification, and if necessary cancellation of a member's membership.

 Adult Trust reserves all rights not specifically granted to you. If you infringe our intellectual property rights or exceed the scope of permitted use of this Agreement, you agree that we would be irreparably injured and may obtain a court order to enjoin you from continued action.

 TERMS OF USE 

Use of the Adult Trust seal and term "Adult Trust Verified"

The Adult Trust seal is only to be used verified members in good standing. When your application for Adult Trust verification is accepted, your seal code and number will be emailed to you in the Welcome email. If you choose to participate in the Adult Trust directory of verified websites or sellers, you must post the seal  in a prominent location on your website or auction ad (e.g., at the site's home page and, if feasible, where visitor data is collected). During the term, you are granted the nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce and publicly display the Adult Trust seal on each Internet site, or under each auction username registered with Adult Trust.  The seal must be configured according to our instructions so that visitors clicking it will be displayed your website or username authorization page fetched from the Adult Trust server. It is important for the authorization page to display fresh data. This means you should not cache or reproduce authorization pages or fashion "dummy" authorization pages. Adult Trust reserves the right to  use automated web-bots to identify sites violating these restrictions. Such cases will be treated as an infringement of the Adult Trust trademark and may be terminated from the Adult Trust directory of verified members. Your Adult Trust seal must be displayed in the form provided and may not be altered or merged with other marks. If your Adult Trust registration is suspended or terminated by you or Adult Trust, you agree to promptly remove the Adult Trust seal and cease using it. If you fail to remove or otherwise infringe the Adult Trust seal, you agree injunctive relief would be an appropriate remedy without necessity of posting bond and you agree to pay our enforcement costs (including reasonable legal fees for in-house and outside counsel).

 Correct and Accurate Registration Information

By making application for Adult Trust verification,  you agree to provide Adult Trust with true and accurate information, and to notify Adult Trust of any future changes to this information throughout the term of your participation in the program.  In addition, you represent to the best of your knowledge and belief that the you have not been notified by any government agency that your registered site's privacy practices are under formal investigation and that no privacy-related legal action by any government is pending against you with respect to that site. If such formal investigation or legal proceedings are later initiated against you and are not resolved within 180 days, you agree to remove the Adult Trust seal and any mention of Adult Trust from your site until the matter is resolved.

 Adult Trust On-line Dispute Resolution Service

Adult Trust dispute resolution is an online mediation service that provides users a way to resolve complaints against Adult Trust verified members without resorting to formal complaints or legal action. Adult Trust is a neutral third party and does not decide cases. Mediation is voluntary and non-binding. Web sites joining the Adult Trust service agree to receive complaints transmitted from the Adult Trust mediation service and to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute.

THIS SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, DOCUMENTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, INTEGRATION, ACCURACY, TITLE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED
